Specimen Volume: 5 mL of serum
Transport Temperature: Refrigerated
Collections Instructions: Allow blood to clot for 30 minutes. Spin tube in centrifuge for 10 minutes. If there is a delay in transport of ≥2 hours, send specimen refrigerated. If there is a delay in transport of >48 hours, pour serum over into plastic vial and send specimen frozen in plastic vial.
